5 Ways To Answer Your Thoughts On Your 'Crowded Mind'

It's been a very very long time since i posted my last post i guess.. I'm sorry for being busy for a few months, not exactly being a busy doing something but being a bisy for thinking something. I recently have so crowded mind. Thinking bout how to increase this country economic? Reducing the poverty? Lol, that's the dumbest thing i've ever said. Wait, i don't mean that i've said something dumb, i just think that my brain inappropriate yet for thinking something like that. Ya, i wanna make this world better, but i haven't be  a good one. I think so many thing. What's my weakness, how to improve my self, how to make people feel happy when they're around me, how to say this or that,  how to maximizing my best potentials, and so many many and many things i am thinking while doing my daily routine. So many things i am thinking till i forget which one is my main priority, how to make it correct and realize them. Here are 5 ways to answer your thoughts on your 'crowded mind';

1. List down your thoughts on a paper
Take a paper and list your thougts sequentially according to the priority. If you don't list it sequentially, i bet you'll be confused which one thought you have to answer first. You can put the paper at your bedroom wall to boost your daily spirit to answer your unwared thoughts. 

2. Find out how to answer your thoughts
Do browsing or ask your nearby people about how to answer your thoughts. Such as you think how to improve your self, you can browse it at internet or you think about what's your weakness then you can make a survey by asking your bestfriends. You also can ask their advices to make your mind feel better. 

3. Don't do multitask if you're not a super multitasker
If you're not a super multitasker, better you realize your answer of your thoughts one by one. Don't do some things at the same time. Based on my experience, doing some things at the same time just make you unfocused and you'll be messy, then there's no one of your goals will reached, problems will be solved or thoughts will be answered.

4. Evaluate why you can't answer or realize your thoughts
Some things that can hamper you unconsciously such as there's no intention, you're not in the good mood, or nearby people don't support bout what you'll do to answer or solve your own thoughts. Remember that life won't 100% running smoothly and you definetely will meet so many problems on your way. Just evaluate what hamper you, then fix it. 

5. Do refreshing
Don't wait tull you really feel bored or stres. Refreshing makes your mind, even your body, feel better. A fresh mind and body will boost your spirit to answer your unanswered thoughts. Refreshing such as hiking to mountain, watch a inspiring movie, snorkling in the sea, exploring your own city culture, doing culinary tour, or even just  talking with your old friend by phone can make you feel happier and make your mind, soul and body fresh.
